SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

For domestic orders, our standard shipping is USPS first-class mail. Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process, depending on product availability. Once processed and shipped from our warehouse, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. For expedited orders, we charge an additional shipping cost depending on the service requested.

International Shipping

For international orders, we charge a flat rate of $33.Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process, depending on product availability. Once processed and shipped from our warehouse, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery (i.e., customs processing takes time).Shipping charge does not include customs and duties. Taxes/duties/customs will be assessed to the buyer when the package comes to the destination country.

RETURN POLICY

Return Window:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product to our office for store credit.
  • Return requests must be initiated within this 30-day window. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be honored.

Return Process:

  1. Please do not dispose of any products, including leaking or malfunctioning pumps/sprays. We require the damaged product to be returned to process your request.
  2. Contact us immediately at info@orgaid.com with your ORDER# to initiate a return. For damaged products, providing photos and videos will help expedite the process.
  3. Products must be received in our warehouse within 2 weeks of receiving the return label. Returns not received within this timeframe cannot be processed for store credit.
  4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Credit:

  • Returns will be processed for store credit, issued as an e-gift card which does not expire.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on purchases.

International Orders:

  • Return and refund services are not available for international orders.

Retailer Purchases:

  • We only process returns on products purchased directly from www.orgaid.com. If purchased through a retailer, please contact them for assistance.

Missing Packages

If you notice a package is missing after receiving a delivery confirmation, please contact ORGAID Customer Support at info@orgaid.com as soon as possible. For packages marked as delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) before we can send a replacement. Once the carrier provides proof of delivery, we are unable to assist with the missing package claim. Please ensure you contact us within the 30-day return/exchange policy time frame.
