For domestic orders, our standard shipping is USPS first-class mail. Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process, depending on product availability. Once processed and shipped from our warehouse, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. For expedited orders, we charge an additional shipping cost depending on the service requested.
For international orders, we charge a flat rate of $33.Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process, depending on product availability. Once processed and shipped from our warehouse, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery (i.e., customs processing takes time).Shipping charge does not include customs and duties. Taxes/duties/customs will be assessed to the buyer when the package comes to the destination country.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If the 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process. The credit appearing on your credit card statement will take two billing cycles. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 15-day return/exchange policy time frame and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
If you receive items as defective or damaged, send an email to email@example.com. After approval, we will send new products at no charge, or will issue a refund to your credit card or payment account that was used for ordering. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please contact ORGAID Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible when you notice a package is missing after receiving a delivery confirmation. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) before sending a replacement/refund. We are unable to assist with missing packages outside of the 15-day return/exchange policy time frame and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if you have anything that does not satisfy you, please contact our customer service center by emailing us at email@example.com. We will guarantee to satisfy you.
